NSL WEEK 252- Adobe Photoshop “Gradient Editor”

I’m following up on
NSL WEEK 248- Adobe Photoshop “Gradient Tool Basics”

I wanted to jump into the Gradient Editor in Adobe Photoshop to show you guys what the buttons do =)

To access the Gradient Editor, activate the Gradient Tool and click on the Gradient Preview in the Options Bar at the top of the screen.

Presets are great starting points for your gradients.

This video focused on a Solid Gradient Type.

Smoothness at 100% will create a smooth transition between your starting color to your ending color. If you reduce the smoothness you’ll begin to see banding or steps in your gradient.

Here you control and edit your Stops. You have 2 types of Stops:

-Color Stops
-Opacity Stops
