New feature for Adobe Illustrator CC 2015
By default, the Data Recovery feature is on and ready to help. Everything is already set-up for you in the background.
Jump into your preferences to make adjustments to your Crash Data Recovery settings. You’re creating a temporary copy of your open documents. That means you could be running into some workflow interruptions because the processor is working so hard.
You can turn this feature off or add more time in-between each save. In the video I said I’d be worried about setting it to 30min, but I might change my mind on that one. It all really depends on the project.
You’re going to see this window once you relaunch Adobe Illustrator after an unexpected quit. It’s just letting you know that the recovered data will be opened next automatically.
