Still moving down the Tools Panel in Adobe Photoshop!

Paint in Selections

The Quick Selection tool allows you to paint in a selection. The tool analyzes the pixels to locate the edges of your image.

Option Bar Functions

You can change how the tool works by adjusting the settings in the Option Bar.

Right Click to Reset

Play around with all the settings!!! Don’t worry, you can always rest the tool back to the default settings.

Option Click to Subtract from Selection

Instead of changing the settings in the Options Bar, I like to use the “Option” modifier key to subtract from your existing selection. When you release the key, it switches back to the normal adding mode.
