N.S.L: WEEK 175 – Adobe Illustrator “Actions: 1 Button Align”

In Adobe Illustrator, we use the Align functions all the time.

You might find it useful to assign those functions to 1 button clicks.

In the video I set-up some very basic Actions. You can make them as complex as needed for your projects. When you are creating a new Action, this is where you can assign the Function keys.

Switch to Button Mode

Bring up your Actions panel and in the fly-out menu you can switch to “Button Mode”.

1 Click Button Mode

If I’m using the Alignment options often, it helps having the Actions panel up. I use it as a list of the functions and F keys.
